Welcome to the Dragon's Egg Soaps website (the "site").
By accessing or using the site, or purchasing from our shop, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions (the "agreement"). If you do not wish to enter in to this agreement you may not access this site or purchase any products. We may be contacted by email at info@dragonseggsoaps.scot if you have any queries about this agreement.
You must read and accept all of the terms of this agreement before using the site or making purchases. Please read them carefully. You may print or save a copy of them for your records.
Dragon's Egg Soaps reserves the right to make changes to the website and shop without notice, including changing, modifying and substituting any information contained on the site.

Dragon's Egg Soaps will not disclose customers' information to third parties, other than the minimum required to fulfil orders and online payments. You may contact us at info@dragonseggsoaps.scot to request your information be removed from our systems.
Our site uses browser cookies where strictly necessary for site functionality, such as navigation aids and the shopping cart. Data collected by this site is used to process orders and to respond to correspondence. We reserve the right to include an option for site users to create their own accounts, for example for the purpose of streamlining their purchasing process or subscribing to a regular delivery service.
Products & Pricing
Our prices include shipping to mainland Britain, and are subject to change. If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will do our best to contact you in order to determine how you would like to proceed. All information provided is given on a 'best efforts' basis. From time to time some typographic errors may occur. We do not accept responsibility for these or any other errata. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices. If you have a complaint or wish to raise a dispute about the service you have received you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Delivery
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. We aim to have your purchase to you within 3-5 days, but this may not always be possible. You must inform us within two working days of any goods lost or damaged in transit. Where appropriate, you agree to accept the courier's proof of delivery that goods have been received.
Tax
We are not VAT registered, and no VAT will be added to your order.
Payment
When you submit your order you are authorising us to charge you via your chosen method at our convenience. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we believe may be in contravention of our terms and conditions. All orders must include your contact and delivery information. If you have a query regarding an order, please contact us at info@dragonseggsoaps.scot.
If you believe your payment method has been used fraudulently you are entitled to cancel the order and its associated payment(s). In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations Act 2013 all sums will be refunded to you by your card / payment method issuer.
All goods remain the property of Dragon Egg Soaps until paid in full.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Please contact us with your order details to arrange this. Our telephone and email details are at the bottom of this site.
Refunds and Returns
Please contact us at info@dragonseggsoaps.scot if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase. Any goods returned for refund must be unopened, securely packed, and sent at your expense. Your original order details must be included. We cannot refund any returned goods unless we can clearly identify the original purchaser. We will refuse deliveries that are not pre-paid (ie CoD deliveries). Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem, and will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations Act 2013 protects your rights to return goods. This entitles you to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund (including the original cost of delivery). Please contact us by telephone or email to arrange this. All goods returned must be in a saleable condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return and the risk involved. We recommend you take out sufficient postal/courier insurance to cover the value of the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights where the fault is ours, e.g. the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly described.
Your legal and statutory rights are not diminished in any way by these terms. If any term is automatically omitted from these terms if it is held to be invalid under any rule of law or applicable statute to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law, while not affecting the enforcibility or validity of the remaining terms.
We reserve the right to alter or amend our terms and conditions at any time.
